What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover) and PayPal.

Please notice that if you are paying with credit card, it should be issued within the United States.

How can I check on the status of my order?

To review your order status, please visit our order tracking page.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

All orders received before 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time are processed and shipped the same day. If you place an order after 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time it will be processed the next business day. We receive orders during weekends and holidays, but they are processed and shipped the next business day. Packages shipped with Ground Free Shipping take 3 to 7 business days to be delivered. You can always expedite your order at checkout and have it shipped with 2 Day or Next Day delivery.

How will my order be shipped?

All domestic orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on your order size (cubic weight) and shipping address. You can get an estimate of the shipping costs while items are on the cart, before you checkout.

I think I was charged twice, what should I do?

In the event you are charged twice by our system, we will refund you for one of the charges. Please contact us so we can address this matter.

Why was my order cancelled?

We may cancel an order due to several reasons:

1) There were duplicate orders: we will cancel one of the duplicate orders to ensure you are not charged twice.

2) You did not respond to a request for additional information: sometimes we need to verify information to protect you against fraud.

3) Fraudulent order: your transaction was flagged as fraudulent by our risk department.

I purchased an item from the online shop. Can I return it at one of your stores?

No. When you return an item(s) you will ship it to our Return Facility where our experts will inspect the returned goods and issue a refund in timely manners.

How do I get a return label to return a purchase?

Please contact us with your order number and reason for return and we will issue a pre-paid return label.

Do I have to pay shipping when making a return?

No. We will provide you with a pre-paid return label so you can return your order at no additional cost for you.

I made a return. Where is my refund?

It may take up to 2 business days after the package has been returned back to us for our Return Specialist to inspect it and issue a refund. Financial institutions may take additional 2 business days to post the refund back to your account. If you don’t see the refund after 5 business days please contact us.
